⭐ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ⭐
🔹To be the voice of the customer and to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the end to end process for Repair, Calibration from quote to order management
🔹Manage the process of incoming Repair, Calibration quotes to order requests via phone, email, NI CRP platforms (SFDC, JIRA, Oracle) based on team define prioritization guidelines
🔹Coordinate with departments regarding service order status, shipping dates, and backorders to achieve complete resolution and full customer satisfaction (Drives issue resolutions)
🔹Maintain a mindset of Continuous Improvement by identifying and recommending process and system enhancements
🔹Execution for repair and calibration requests following internal hardware services operations’ process and procedures (i.e. warranty & entitlements)
🔹Participate in global process improvement initiatives and contribute as APAC regional representative
⭐ REQUIREMENTS ⭐
🔸Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or higher
🔸1 to 2 years years working experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfilment environment
🔸Excellent written and oral communication in English is mandatory.
🔸Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (excel, word, presentation, etc.) and Oracle platform
🔸Able to collaborate and communicate effectively across various business functions and in a team environment, with a high degree of initiative and proactive issue resolution
🔸Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
🔸Able to work under pressure with an excellent phone, email etiquette skills and able to handle difficult customers
