๐Ÿ”†Manage daily sourcing targets.

๐Ÿ”†Provide guidance to recruiting on sourcing processes, techniques, controls and policies

๐Ÿ”†You need to Source, engage and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels

๐Ÿ”†You need to Demonstrate expert level of understanding of talent needs by participating in meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of responsibility as well as managing expectations

๐Ÿ”†You need to Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; share feedback and track all engagements and activity CRM.

๐Ÿ”†You need to Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity

๐Ÿ”†Your role is to Conduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
